This model allows that in each project is possible an integrated management of marketing in the organization, oriented by criteria of efficiency, efficacy and profitability. Moreover, the constant changes and market dynamics requires by companies for constant feedback through monitoring and evaluation instruments that allows to make appropriate and relevant decisions for reducing the risk of untimely measures of improvement or corrective actions.
