Discussions Lab

The Discussions Lab are a qualitative technique of collecting information through informal meetings This framework differs from the traditional focus group (or mini focus group) by using highly homogeneous and smaller discussion groups, creating a more welcoming environment and developing a more specialized and detailed discussion.
The research with Discussions Lab follows a conversation script that respects the possibilities of exploring unanticipated comments. The moderation of the sessions is conducted by a specialized professional and with characteristics as similar as possible to the discussion group.
