QSP – Marketing Management & Research has a team of highly trained interviewers to conduct face-to-face interviews.

QSP ensure on all their face-to-face studies the quality of interviewer’s recruitment, the quality of the fieldwork, the supervision and validation of the information collected. Interviewers get prior and specific training for each project. As proof of the integrity of our studies, we allow the customers to simulate an interview – the “fake interview”, where a representative of our customer, anonymously, can check the quality of the application and if the interview is being done as required. Interviewers get previous and specific training for each project.

Our work methodology includes small teams (in some projects we may have to increase the size of the teams), with experienced interviewers in order to better control of the fieldwork.
