Founder & CEO
Founder and CEO of QSP-Marketing Management & Research, his professional curriculum includes participation and supervision of several qualitative and quantitative projects, in various sectors of economic activity, as well as in several research and neuromarketing studies. He was speaker at the first edition of the QSP SUMMIT, with a presentation “Brand – Value Creation” and he coordinates the organization of this prestigious international event annually. He has participated in some of the world’s largest marketing and management conferences.
He was General Director of Media Capital Group, collaborating with various media such as TVI, Diário Económico, Semanário Económico, Fortunas & Negócios, Marketing & Publicidade, Briefing, PcWorld, Computerworld, IOL, Publifaces, TCS, LUX and Maxim, among others. He was in charge of the Advertising Coordination at Rádio Comercial, Rádio Cidade, Rádio Nostalgia, Rádio Nacional and Rádio Romântica. He headed Marketing and Advertising departments at TSF, Grande Reportagem, Rádio Energia and XFM. His career includes also function as General Director at Radio Nova Era.
An Executive MBA from PBS – Porto Business School (University of Porto) and a Master’s degree in Management and Business from IESF – Institute of Higher Financial and Fiscal Studies, he complements his professional experience with intensely practical academic and professional training, notably the General Finance Course at PBS – Porto Business School, and executive training at IESE – University of Navarra. He attended the Management Course at ISAG. He has training in Multicultural Protocol, Training in Creativity and Emotional Intelligence, a Train-the-Trainer course, among numerous specific training courses. He is member of APPM, CMO Council and the American Marketing Association as a full member and ACP – Porto Commercial Association. He has several articles published, notably in the newspaper Económico; Marketeer magazine, Meios e Publicidade magazine. He is the curator responsible for the participation in QSP SUMMIT of renowned speakers such as Malcolm Galdwell, Fareed Zakaria, Daniel Goleman, Kevin Keller, Daniel Pink, David Aaker, Michio Kaku, Linda Hill, Erin Meyer, Gary Hamel, Costa Markides, Jean Noel Kapeferer, Nirmalya Kumar, Nader Tavassoli, John Bercow, Kenishi Ohmae, Hermawan Kartajaya, among many others.
Marketing Management &
Project Lead
Head of Marketing Management & Senior Consultant with extensive experience in leading and coordinating Strategic Marketing Plans, benchmarking initiatives, communication strategies, and internationalization projects for national and international markets. Proven track record across multiple sectors, including Retail, Tourism, Health, Senior Market, IT, Technology, Industry, Public Administration, Shopping Centers, and Media.
Extensive involvement in numerous research projects, both qualitative and quantitative. Collaboration on neuromarketing studies developed in direct partnership with some of the world’s most renowned experts, including Dr. David Lewis and Dr. Thomas Z. Ramsøy.
Degree in Marketing by the Institute of Accounting and Administration of Porto. Post-Graduation in Marketing at Faculty of Economics of Porto/UP. Studies in Faculty of Business Science of Aachen – Fachhochschule Aachen – in Germany, integrated in Erasmus program. He complemented her capabilities often doing several courses and workshops as exemplified by the participation in International Business taught in PBS – Porto Business School and SPSS course in ISMAI – Instituto Superior da Maia. Recently completed executive leadership training in Developing Emerging Leaders at INSEAD.
Participation in several international conferences and collaboration in multiple editions of the QSP Summit, an event featuring some of the most influential figures in the fields of Marketing and Management, such as Erin Meyer, Fareed Zakaria, Daniel Goleman, Michio Kaku, Hermawan Kartajaya, David Aaker, and Kevin Keller, among others.
Throughout his professional career, he has been invited to deliver presentations at public and private institutions. He is also the author of articles published in the newspaper Diário Económico and the magazine Meios & Publicidade.
Market Research &
Project Lead
Currently serving as Market Research & Project Lead, brings a well-established track record in Market Research, Marketing and Strategy, combining business insight with methodological rigour and a strong delivery focus. Throughout her career, has contributed to and led consulting and research projects, including market research studies, strategic marketing plans, internationalisation plans, and integrated communication plans, among others—providing clear, actionable recommendations to support decision-making.
With extensive experience in both quantitative and qualitative research, has managed projects end-to-end—from research design and fieldwork coordination through quality control, analysis and reporting—in both national and international contexts. Her work spans a wide range of organisations and realities, operating to high standards of data robustness, process consistency and result reliability.
In leadership and technical coordination roles, has headed critical functions such as the Technical Department, Quantitative and Qualitative Research and Quality Control, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, process standardisation and executional excellence. In parallel, has collaborated on evaluation and research initiatives in institutional and academic settings, further strengthening her expertise in applying rigorous methodologies and assessing programmes and services.
Maintains an active connection to the professional ecosystem, supporting the annual organisation of the international conference QSP Summit and participating in the “Marcas que Marcam” project, which includes an editorial platform and an annually published magazine.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Porto, and postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources Management in the New Economy (Universidade Lusíada), Marketing Management (Porto Business School) and Managing with Analytics (Católica Porto Business School). Her academic and professional development is further enhanced by specialised training, particularly in IT and statistical tools (including introductory and advanced SPSS), Marketing, Branding and social media. Certified by the Data Science Portuguese Association (DSPA).
Head of Event Operations & Consultant
Head of Event Operations & Consultant, leads the operations of the QSP SUMMIT, one of Europe’s largest Management and Marketing events. Since joining the project, she has played an active role in the event’s development and consolidation, supporting significant growth in scale, operational complexity, and international reach.
As a consultant, she is involved in the design and execution of qualitative, quantitative, and neuromarketing studies, with a strong focus on Marketing and Communication.
She holds a degree in Marketing from the Porto Accounting and Business School and a specialization in Cognitive Neuroscience Applied to Consumption, Spaces, and Design. She completed the Erasmus Program at Uludag University in Turkey. In terms of executive education, she attended the Building Brands program at Porto Business School and, more recently, the Developing Emerging Leaders program at INSEAD.
She regularly attends international conferences in Europe and America, keeping closely connected to emerging trends and best practices in Marketing, Management, and Communication.
Senior Business Manager
Ana Paula Dias is a Senior Business Developer with commercial responsibilities focused on business management and development, client relationship management across multiple industries, and project execution, both in consulting and within the context of the QSP SUMMIT.
Throughout her professional career, she has worked with leading organizations such as Banco Comercial Português, Crédibanco, Vodafone, and Intrum, across the banking, telecommunications, and credit management sectors. She has built a career marked by commercial management, leadership and team development, client relationship management, and value creation for the business.
She holds a degree in Management and Business from the Instituto de Estudos Superiores Financeiros e Fiscais (IESF), now Atlântico Business School, where she is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Management. She has further specialized in banking (banking and financial products), credit, insurance, and trainer certification programs delivered by institutions including BCP, Citi, Barclays, Barclays Finance, AIG Europe Limited, and Bee Consulting.
Senior Business Manager
Senior Business Manager, with extensive experience in marketing. She began her career at L’Oréal, in the Luxury Products Division, as Product Manager for Lancôme Makeup and Fragrances. She later took on Brand Management roles for Caras and Caras Decoração at Edimpresa. She subsequently served as Marketing Director at Grupo Persona, where she played a key role in the group’s international expansion, including the opening of a clinic in Madrid. She later returned to Edimpresa to assume responsibility for the Marketing Direction of several of the company’s brands, including Visão, Caras, Exame, Activa, and Turbo, among others. For six years, she worked at Samsung Electronics Portugal, where she held several leadership positions, including Marketing Manager for the Mobile division, Retail Marketing Manager, and Marketing Manager for the B2B division. She later served as Marketing and Communications Director at Global Media Group, overseeing brands such as Diário de Notícias (DN), Jornal de Notícias (JN), O JOGO, TSF, Dinheiro Vivo, Volta ao Mundo, Evasões, Notícias Magazine, Delas, Motor 24, Men’s Health, and Women’s Health.
She holds a degree in Management and Business Administration from the Portuguese Catholic University in Lisbon and has completed several professional training programs in marketing, research, and management, including the executive program Developing Emerging Leaders at INSEAD, focused on developing critical skills for team leadership and high-impact management.
Event Manager & Consultant
Event Manager & Consultant at QSP – Marketing Management & Research, participates in several projects, in the most varied sectors of activity within QSP’s client portfolio, in the areas of Management and Research and is simultaneously part of the organization of the annual conference QSP SUMMIT – one of the largest conferences of Management and Marketing in Europe, with active participation in the production, logistics and communication segments of the event.
Postgraduate in Marketing Management from Porto Business School and with a Degree in Management from Católica Porto Business School. Francisca holds a B2 level certificate in English from Cambridge School and a certificate in Digital Marketing from Google Digital Academy.
Francisca participated in artistic events, particularly in organizing and supporting administrative services. Currently, participates in several international conferences in the areas of Marketing, Management and Tech.
Marketing Consultant & Data Analyst
Marketing Consultant & Data Analyst at QSP, involved in the development of consulting projects in Marketing Management and Research. His work includes market research, strategic diagnostics, data analysis and interpretation, and support in the definition of marketing strategies. He collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and clients across a wide range of industries, contributing to the development of strategic insights, actionable recommendations, and structured decision-making support.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Sciences from the Faculty of Sport of the University of Porto, having completed an international study period at the Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego in Kraków under the Erasmus programme. He also holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from the Portuguese Institute of Management and Marketing (IPAM Porto), with a dissertation focused on the impact of strategic marketing on the business performance of SMEs in Portugal. He further complemented his academic background with a postgraduate programme in Managing with Analytics at Católica Porto Business School. He is additionally certified by the Data Science Portuguese Association (DSPA).
Throughout his professional path, he has gained experience in diverse contexts related to marketing and management, including an internship in the Marketing Department of a professional football team. He was also a co-founder of a medical and geriatric retail company, where he was responsible for the day-to-day management of the business.
Graphic Designer
Graphic Designer at QSP, working at the intersection of creativity and strategy to develop visual solutions with impact, coherence and relevance for brands.
With a solid background in both B2B and B2C environments, brings a transversal design perspective to deliver effective, adaptable and results-driven solutions across multiple challenges, channels and touchpoints.
Recognised for strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and interpret graphic trends, approaches each project with precision and commitment. Professional experience spans a wide range of areas, including branding, design thinking, social media, events and integrated communication campaigns.
At QSP, is responsible for the graphic development of both physical and digital materials, ensuring a strong, consistent and distinctive visual presence that reinforces brand relevance and visibility across all points of interaction.
Holds a degree in Communication Design from the School of Art and Design (ESAD) and has completed additional training in Team Management, combining creative vision, strategic thinking and a collaborative mindset.
Market Researcher
Marketing Researcher (Market & Consumer Insights), responsible for translating quantitative and qualitative market and consumer data into actionable insights that support strategic organizational decision-making.
Raquel Claro holds a Cum Laude Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Catholic University of Porto and a Research Master’s degree in Neuroscience and Cognition, with a specialization in Cognitive Neuroscience, from Utrecht University (Netherlands). Throughout her academic career, she participated in several research projects using state-of-the-art neuroscientific methodologies, gaining solid experience in data modeling, advanced analysis, and machine learning pipelines.
She is the co-author of two scientific papers on consumer behavior, exploring the relationship between sustainable food consumption and soil concerns, within a research project funded by the Norte2020 initiative. Her work bridges behavioral science, sustainability, and market research, contributing evidence-based insights to inform strategic and socially responsible decision-making.
Her expertise combines administrative management, human behavior analysis, and advanced data analytics, applying scientific research methods to address real-world organizational and societal challenges.
Executive Assistant
Executive Assistant at QSP, with a solid background in administrative support and management assistance, she is part of the organization’s structure. She provides administrative and operational support across different business areas, ensuring document organization and control, cash management, and national and international communications. She supports consulting projects developed by QSP across various sectors of economic activity, as well as qualitative and quantitative research studies, providing structured assistance to teams and processes. Within the Human Resources area, she oversees Recruitment and Selection processes, manages application documentation, and ensures alignment with established internal procedures.
She is also part of the team responsible for organizing the QSP SUMMIT, one of Europe’s largest Management and Marketing events. She coordinates the logistical and administrative components, ensuring alignment between teams and partners, as well as cross-functional support across the different areas involved.
Her professional background includes experience in executive assistance and board-level secretarial support, within a company operating in the Refrigeration Engineering sector, where she strengthened her executive support, organizational, and administrative management skills. She also completed a curricular internship at a web development company, developing administrative and content management abilities.
She holds a degree in Executive Administration from ISAI, and has complemented her academic background with specialized training in Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Communication, Marketing and Corporate Communication, Branding, and Finance. This multidisciplinary foundation enables her to operate with an integrated perspective across management, communication, and marketing.
Administrative Assistant
Administrative Assistant at QSP – Marketing Management & Research, where she provides administrative support. She holds a degree in Management from the University of Minho and is fluent in English, combining a solid academic background with a strong interest in personal and interpersonal development, reflected in training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Empathy and Emotional Management.
In her day-to-day work, she is responsible for client invoicing and database management, working closely with research production teams and collaborating on several consulting projects. She values accuracy, organization and teamwork, always seeking to contribute to more efficient and well-structured processes.
She is also part of the organization of the QSP SUMMIT, one of the most outstanding Management and Marketing events in Europe – an experience she finds particularly enriching due to the event’s dynamic nature and the opportunity to interact with professionals from diverse fields.
Throughout her career, she has gained experience in sectors such a real estate, healthcare, tourism and textiles, performing administrative, human resources and consulting roles. This diverse background has enabled her to develop a broad business perspective, strong adaptability and an empathetic approach when working with people and teams.
