CAPI (Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing) refers to in-person surveys conducted with the support of a tablet or computer. It is particularly effective when more controlled samples are required, when the target audience is less digitally engaged, or when it is important to show materials (images, prototypes, stimuli) and ensure full attention to the questionnaire.
At QSP, we work with a nationwide team of interviewers, allowing us to ensure consistent coverage and fieldwork quality. We apply supervision and quality control procedures at every stage – from briefing and training, to fieldwork validation and response consistency checks.

- Typically higher response rates in face-to-face contexts
- Greater control over sample profile and quality
- Ability to clarify questions (without introducing bias) and improve completion rates
- Integration of stimuli and real-time validations
- Robust fieldwork supported by supervision and quality control
