Leadership, AI, Strategic Agility, and Sustainability: What decision-makers prioritize for 2025

In an environment of accelerated change, organizational competitiveness no longer relies on isolated factors, but on the interdependence between Leadership, Talent, and Strategic Agility. The study “The New Strategic Drivers,” conducted by QSP for the 18th edition of the QSP SUMMIT, dives into the perceptions of professionals and decision-makers to anticipate the priorities that will define business success through 2025 and beyond.

The study reveals that today’s great challenge is not merely technological adoption, but the integration of human skills with digital innovation.

KEY INSIGHTS:

  1. Adaptive and Human-Centric Leadership: There is a broad consensus on the need for leadership models focused on change management, where Emotional Intelligence (cited by 37.5% of respondents) and strategic vision are fundamental.
  2. The Talent and AI Paradox: While Artificial Intelligence and data analytics are critical technological priorities (38.7%), the focus remains on people. Digital literacy and adaptability emerge as the most valued competencies for navigating complexity.
  3. Culture and Agility: Organizational transformation is viewed as a continuous process. The study highlights that Strategic Agility (a priority for 39.9%) and an aligned internal culture are the true engines for the effective execution of priorities.
  4. Sustainability and Responsibility: Beyond technology, the results point to a growing commitment to sustainability and social responsibility as pillars for long-term brand longevity.

“The New Strategic Drivers” demonstrates that the future belongs to organizations that successfully balance technological innovation with human development. More than just identifying trends, this work offers a strategic roadmap for companies to reassess priorities, align cultures, and lead with ambition in a transforming world.
