Head of Fieldwork Research | Senior Consultant

Currently as Head of Fieldwork Research | Senior Consultant, consolidates her experience in Marketing participating in Strategic Marketing Plans, Strategic Plans for Internationalization, Integrated Communication Plans, in addition to Market and Neuromarketing Studies. The projects undertaken focus on several areas, especially telecommunications, insurance, industry, dermocosmetic, human resource management, sport, consumer, health, among others. She collaborates in organizing the annual International QSP Summit Conference and is a member of the project team “Marcas que Marcam” which includes the site and a magazine published annually.

Professional with extensive experience in the area of Market Research, held the position of Market Researcher performing functions throughout the timeline of project management in Market Studies, both nationally, and internationally. She participated in numerous consulting and market research projects, quantitative and qualitative, in several areas and activity sectors, namely, automotive, banking and insurance, telecommunications, retail and distribution, pharmaceutical, health, political polls, consumption, etc. She directed the Technical, Quantitative Research and Quality Control Departments in GBN-Estudos de Mercado. Participated as external consultant in the Project “History Course Internal Evaluation” of the Faculdade de Letras – Universidade do Porto and Evaluation Commission of the Guaranteed Minimum Income – North and as a researcher in the project “Competitiveness and Social Exclusion: The Metropolitan Areas Lisbon and Porto “for the Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia.

Degree in Sociology from the Faculdade de Letras – Universidade do Porto, also has two post-graduate courses throughout their academic career: in “Human Resource Management in the New Economy” by Universidade Lusiada and “Marketing Management” by Porto Business School. In addition, her academic and professional background includes several courses, among them, computer tools and statistics; SPSS (beginners and advanced); Marketing; Brands; Management Training, with a dedicated module to Pedagogical Training of Trainers; Social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter); and Spanish (elementary level).
